Micromanagement No set training in place and when given the opportunity to implement training. The opportunity is ignored which slows down room for growth Not enough minorities work in the office areas. While working only saw 4 minorities including myself at the time. Most minorities work in operations/warehouse environment. Lacks diversity and inclusion Heading in a new direction but is behind in technologies when coming from a fast paced environment.
