Pros
They talk a solid game, draw out a very good long-term vision and story. They could with some top level executive training turn into a much better organization.
Cons
Always worrying about the share price which makes them very short sighted. Lots of high level decisions are made with leaders with very low skills pero like, lot's of B2B HVAC experience. It is an environment built on who you know and how long you have worked here. Very old boyz club here.
