People are cliquish and sneaky. I got hired and lasted about one month, I was lied to about the job duties. I had an issue with my drivers license, which the boss told me I wouldn´t have to drive anyways, but I was called into the office and fired on account of not being able to drive with an invalid license after he already told me he would give me time to fix it. I went to HR and told them what happened and got hired back the same day. The supervisor claimed I was aggressive with patients and could not explain when or what I had done exactly. I was told if it happened again I would be fired. She was also apparently upset that I was sitting down when she came to the desk, even though I was told we could sit when we weren´t doing rounds or responding to a code. She wound up removing the chair. I was called to the HR building a couple days later and presented with a contract stating I had to fix my license by a certain date and that I am unfriendly and unapproachable, even though my attempts to be friendly with the supervisor and others were either met with a bad attitude or being flat out ignored. Don´t work for these people. they´re bitter, miserable and conniving. Day shift talks about night shift, they´re racist, the pay sucks..
