Co-workers, patients, and that's all I can say positive about a once top place to be employed with in Lakeland.
Cons
Management is absolutely horrible! Pay is terrible, clinical staff are told to do the more and more and more but with zero recognition. They do not even celebrate Nurses week. They should appreciate their employees more they are the ones who are taking care of your patients. It will not matter if you have been a dedicated , loyal employee you are replaceable at the drop of the hat, I was employed with company for a total of 20 yrs and sadly the clinic has gone down . The billing department is a complete mess. If your supervisor has an issue with you then watch out. The new turnover needs to appreciate their employees and maybe step back and take a good look at the clinical supervisors they are running things. They are more concerned about gossip then who is actually working hard for their patients. Oh and patients have clearly seen the decline in Watson Clinic. pay new employees way more then loyal ones. Do not get to suggest anything . The phone system is awful and parking is bad.
