      Pros

      I had two great coworkers.

      Cons

      They absolutely used me. They paid me $19 an hour to do a job that should’ve paid more but felt it was ok through a contract. I wasn’t allowed any paid time off for over a year even though I was told over and over that I would be hired in. So while I was struggling to survive, they were profiting off of not hiring me on. This job crushed my spirit as I put in energy and time to learn my job and got used.

      Growing company focusing on establishing a strong infrastructure to combine many facets of facility management.

      Cons

      Previously had normal growing pains due to combining many companies

      Pros

      Some decent managers in some departments.

      Cons

      Constant turnover of high-level management and C-Suite. Currently no CEO to even approve of on how the company is and will be ran. They make most if not all workers do the jobs of at least two people. Consolidate roles but with little to no pay bump.
