Pros
The ability to give back of your community in a fulfilling and self-less way. Staff is very family oriented; however, that leads to dysfunction in the workplace as well. Patients are great and appreciative of good customer service when its given.
Cons
Management is in need of anger management and retirement. Old school ways of thinking has arrested the development of a true healthcare diamond in the Watts community. Structured in the fashion of Kaiser Permanente as a one-stop shop is great marketing but it falls on old fashion ideologies. Absolutely no growth...Its sad.
