Pros
Challenging, technical work on a large variety of cnc machining equipment/robots. Personnel are wonderful to work with, and benefits are really good.
Cons
Upper management is a little disconnected from the "grunts". Oversimplify problems and issues and can have unrealistic timeframes/schedules. Poor planning leads to a lot of unnecesaary overtime and frustration/stress.
