Pros
Waupaca Foundry offered great benefits to employees even at entry level positions. I enjoyed breaking my back for a company that will do the same for me. Last but not least there seemed to always be something new to learn or improve on due to the wide variety of jobs we did.
Cons
The millroom department I worked in had a very high employee turnover rate(one of the highest in the company). Most new employees only lasted 2-5 months because of the labor intensive work making it difficult to keep production up at times.
