      - Awesome / fun people - Trusted with responsibilities when you show ownership of your work. - Equal share of tips based on the day's and hours worked. - Ability to work longer hours if you wish to (For Part Timers)

      Cons

      - Semi Political (Treated with more kindness if you know the right people) - New comers will have a hard time fitting in (But that's just the way bars are normally)
