Pros
I worked with Porsia the CoDirector for a short time but I learned so much from her. Everyone at this company comes together to ensure you build yourself a pathway to success. While you do have to put some hard work in to build your place in the company, Corporate Trainers and all the directors help you every step of the way. The Pros are as follows:
* Ongoing Training
* Lateral and upward movement and promotion opportunities
* Teaches you everything from the ground up
* Plenty of commission opportunities
* Great social atmosphere
* Possible travel opportunities
* Management puts their all in developing you
Cons
All my cons are very personal but include the distance I had to travel to work and other facilities, it was also not the type of career trajectory I was looking for. This job required a lot of up front hours on your feet but once you learn how to grow your team, you spend more time just building up your team members.
If you're looking for marketing, management, on-boarding, consulting and eventual business experience this is for you. This job gives you a lot of experience starting out.
