Pros

SOME coworkers Very flexible Lunch on Wednesdays

Cons

The company is deeply affected by nepotism, particularly evident with a testing employee who displays rude behavior and is challenging to collaborate with. This individual consistently disregards suggestions and feedback from others. Despite management's awareness of these issues, little action is taken due to the CEO's tight control over operations. Furthermore, the CEO's overly involved approach exacerbates the situation, often leading to misunderstandings about the manufacturing floor and hindering effective operations. Although additional staff have been hired to address these challenges, their effectiveness is compromised. The workplace culture is notably exclusive, contributing to a sense of undervaluation for those outside the inner circle. Additionally, there are several instances of family members working together, such as a supervisor who is a mother to one employee and a couple who are romantically involved, which creates an unusual dynamic. Moreover, there are individuals with exceptionally poor attitudes that at times make the morale within the company intolerable. Upon joining Wavelength, I had expected to participate in smaller projects, but the reality has been vastly different. Upper management demonstrates a lack of transparency, often responding to inquiries with dismissive remarks or promises to follow up that rarely materialize. Consequently, employee concerns frequently remain unaddressed, and a lot of false promises, contributing to a frustrating work environment.
