Good environment a lot of opportunities to make different things

I could be hard to handle the schedules, no carreer opportunities

Its an alright place to work, equipment is decent to get the job done and you have a big friendly team full of banter. the hours of rotating shift are decent too.

For agency, your expected to do too much work for what you get paid. get paid pennies for a hot, sweaty ( or freezing cold), dirty fast paced, environment. The place is also really unorganized, so your pretty much left to learn and do stuff by yourself, then you get yelled at for doing something wrong! You rarely see the managers, but when you do, they don't have a clue whats going on! dont expect to get promoted from agency to wavin without being a brown nose, you could do nothing all shift, but if the team leaders like you, you will get promoted.
