      Pros

      Some of the benefits of working at wawa is weekly pay and a flexible schedule. While at work you get free coffee and 30 to 50 percent of your meal.

      Cons

      One thing that bothers me is the amount of food that is wasted daily. During the week some of the food is donated to shelters which is good but on the weekend it's all thrown away. Cookies and bagels are only good for 24 hours then regardless of the day whether it be weekend or weekday they are thrown out. Rolls are thrown out 3 hours after they are made. It is such a shame.

      Pros

      As a supervisor you can control the work environment to the best of your ability to make the store a great place to be for customers/coworkers. Pay is at a decent starting level for the position.

      Cons

      Basic Associates only accrue PTO creating issues with Work/Life balance unless you've made it a long time without needing to take a day. Attendance Point System is unforgiving without readily available PTO. As management differs between stores experiences may vary.
