Pros
The really care for their employees! The wages are fair, although General Managers still need a pay rate change (I heard it was coming soon) and all of the compensation is great too! They offer ESOP (stock), great benefits, a generous 401K, as well as many other extras. Not to mention it is a really fun company to work for. Wawa is growing fast, but it has a corporate focus on continuing to maintain a small company closeness. You can also get promoted pretty quickly.
Cons
As a general manager, you can be compensated better. There were times that I made more as an AGM. Also, there are some very old school mentality managers that are more hurtful then helpful to their stores. Some managers will make you feel bad for using your vacation time.
