Pros

- Company is focused on growth: not just its own metrics, but its employees'. I know a few people who took classes which WayUp paid for; and everyone loves the Lunch and Learns and the weekly all hands (where people show/teach each other what we're working on) etc.... - Everyone here keeps saying this, but again, the people are the best; the smartest employee group I've ever encountered - CEO is inspiring and so smart, and self-aware of what she does and doesnt know (she's young but seems to have lots of mentorship); she works way too much though so hopefully the VPs they're hiring will take things off her plate - Mission is great - I've never felt micromanaged in my job. I think the only people who get micromanaged are the people who aren't right for their job, and they tend to not be around long - Company moves so fast

Cons

- Liz and JJ are currently hiring their Senior Management team, which we all are excited for. Based on the first hire of the three, I'm optimistic about the other two. But in the meantime, the company has gotten to where it is today through mid-level leaders who were learning on the job. This has been a growing pain for everyone at the company, which I think everyone is excited to get past - There were a lot of really bad hiring mistakes made in 2016 that resulted in some not-great people joining (most of them are now gone) and seemingly leaving bad glassdoor reviews lol

Pros

-Dogs and lots of them! -People are great and we have a lot of fun -Lots of learning opportunities and budget to do so -Management training for new managers -Flex WFH arrangements (if you are responsible and get your work done) -Unlimited sick days -A lot negative people have left which makes a GREAT working environment -This is not for everyone but for the few that are currently here are killing it! -Transparent CEO and co-founder -If you work hard and have a good attitude here you are rewarded -We have made a lot of changes to fix culture and the office in the last 2 quarters after feedback from the entire company

Cons

-At times some negative/toxic people who have thankfully left by now -Move very quickly which sometimes can be stressful for those that aren't used to it -A little unorganized with new product launches but this comes with growing pains and -launching a new product -Change direction sometimes but for anyone who works or has worked at startup style this is not unusual and shouldn't be shocked -A lot of negative reviews from those who will never be a CEO and will never understand what it's like to start your own company and raise $, this is not easy and for anyone who thinks it is delusional themselves.
