Great place to work so much fun

No cons here just pros

The food was very good

Management was unprofessional and often took personal frustrations out on employees. Scheduling felt unfair and inconsistent, with noticeable favoritism. My hours were reduced after I couldn’t safely make it to a shift during severe weather. There were also multiple occasions where staff were left alone in the store without proper support when help was needed. Overall, management needs improvement in fairness, communication, and accountability.
