Pros
- Culture is supportive, energetic, fun - Role is interesting: reaching out to founders/owners of businesses, speaking to them about their company - Good training and onboarding process - Fun team events - Amazing benefits - Feel valued and feel like company really cares for their employees
Cons
- Still relatively new as a business (been operating since 2019) so typical start up teething issues but way less teething issues than other start ups from what I’ve heard - Very very very ambitious company goals so everyone works hard (not really a con, but if you want a job that’s cruisy, Wayflyer is probably not for you!)
