      Good pay, flexible hours, great communication from managers

      Cons

      As a contractor... there was no real way to get put on fulltime to google/waymo. If you know this going in though it's a great experience

      Some politics among the org. Top talent is attracted by LLM, and company have to pay higher salary to attract more people come in
