Pros
Working at Waymo was the best job I ever had. The benefits, work culture, and pay were awesome. I made so many friends there and it was just a super relaxed place to work.
Cons
They laid us off without any notice. The week before they told us they were hiring 50 new people and promoting 5 new managers. The following week they sent an email and we were unemployed. At least we got a severance.
