      Enjoyed my team and staff. The commitment to excellence was top notch. I also appreciated the bureaucracy at the company and how fast things moved.

      Cons

      My team was understandably understaffed at the time and we weren’t really able to change that for a long period of time.

      Some politics among the org. Top talent is attracted by LLM, and company have to pay higher salary to attract more people come in
