Hot environment, Wet and Poor Leadership. Communication between plants is terrible Upper management in Plant A is terrible. They lie to and manipulate their employees. Spread your information and business around to other employees including HIIPA Upper Management shows a lot of favoritism and will retaliate against you Workers are racist at the Markle plant and will harass and spread your business around. A lot of favoritism inside the plant. Pay is to low (Always in bottom of pay scale).
