When Navicure and ZirMed first merged, there were great marketing teams on both sides of the house. Then, one-by-one, marketing team members either left on their own or began to get pushed out of the organization. Waystar leadership just let this mass exodus happen, and there wasn't anything done to "stop the bleeding". I just was shocked that a growing company would let this kind of thing happen to their marketing team at such a critical time. Plus, with the influx of new leadership, it meant that every leader seemed to be jockeying for their individual position at the company, and the overall strategy just did not seem cohesive to me. I'm just one opinion out there, but maybe the dust is starting to settle and they're getting their act together at Waystar.
