Relentless micromanaging that drains you completely - Account Manager We Are Alexander Employee Review

Pros

I struggle to find any real positive here.

Cons

Avoid We Are Alexander. The constant micromanaging from leadership is suffocating and exhausting, and the obsessive surveillance and monitoring will wear down both your mental and emotional well being. The pressure of the role becomes unbearable under these extreme micromanagers, making an already difficult job even worse.

Pros

I cannot say enough great things about working for We Are Alexander! From the very beginning, I have truly enjoyed being part of such an incredible team. I've learned so much about this industry and appreciate everyone's positive attitude. The training process made me feel supported, prepared, and set up for success. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a team that values quality, people, and excellence.

Cons

There are no cons that I can think of; truly appreciative of everyone and Erica Davis for always going above and beyond.

Pros

The health benefits package was solid and the office environment was clean and maintained.

Cons

- I was doing the exact same work in year three that I was doing in year one, with no indication of any real progression or change. - There is no development structure, no mentorship, and no meaningful career guidance. - The work becomes a repetitive cycle of the same responsibilities with no path forward. - Repeated questions about growth opportunities were met with vague responses that led nowhere. - It became clear over time that there was no real interest in developing employees. - The company does not invest in people in any meaningful way and instead extracts work without offering growth in return. - By the end, it felt like years were spent without gaining any meaningful new skills, making the experience feel wasted.
