We regularly offer training and further learning opportunities to ensure our staff have the skills they need to be successful in their roles. Most of our team managers have completed courses in leadership management to ensure they have the skills needed to manage their team effectively. We also offer additional training for staff who feel they may need it, and our personal improvement plans are in place to ensure employees get the support they need to feel confident in their roles. We have recently gone through a number of significant changes within our management structure.
