      Pros

      Very flexible job, good way to made side money. Easy to setup your calendar and work with students when your available. I don't have any conflict with my work schedule and school/extracurriculars.

      Cons

      I work with multiple students, one who ghosts and shows up randomly for assistance. This is unusual but it could happen
