If you’re looking to join a team with incompetent leadership then look no further! Seriously though I’m amazed at how this organization stays afloat at this point despite the fact that they have individuals with ZERO people skills in decision making roles. I can boldly say that the CEO will be the driving force that eventually runs this company to the floor. Him and his right hand people should be ashamed at the environment they’ve fostered. The dude needs to distance himself from the yes men and women because there seems to be an apparent disconnect in his perception of social cues. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt and assume that the man is more oblivious than incompetent, but my entire experience at this place was full of nothing but ego centric leadership barking orders with no regards for human decency. Would not recommend.
