Pros

Downright the best company culture I ever encountered. It suits professional growth and the best values you could ever expect from your company.

Cons

I have not seen anything negative yet.

Pros

A very hard-to-get bonus system, where they should have a commission system. The rules for bonuses are stacked against you, with laughable profit brought to the company vs. bonus gained in return. Benefits that can be taken away and are not guaranteed, even when your devotion to the company is always needed.

Cons

How do you call a company that pays Europeans double what they do anyone else? And still, manage to have such inexisting profit-sharing with contributors that there is simply no one living in expensive countries (US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Switzerland, etc) working there. Upper management can't help but flaunt their luxury lifestyle on social media, though.

Pros

I’ve been with the company for almost four years now, basically since its early days, and it has been an amazing journey. What started as an internship has grown into an amazing full-time experience. Over the years I’ve been given the opportunity to grow, take ownership, and explore different roles, gaining a 360° understanding of the company processes, mission and values. For the past two years, I’ve been working as a Web Designer, a role that has allowed me to complete my professional training, strenghten my skills, and express my creativity. It’s been a perfect mix of learning and creative freedom, motivating me to innovate while delivering high-quality work. I'm grateful for the opportunities that I had so far and continue to have, as they offer continuous learning and real challenges that push you beyond your comfort zone. The environment is dynamic and international, surrounded by people and managers who encourage innovation, curiosity, and proactive thinking. It’s a place where ideas are genuinely valued and where you’re constantly motivated to raise the bar and give your best. On top of that, the company organizes in-person meet-ups twice a year, offering a valuable chance for remote colleagues to connect, collaborate, and strengthen the sense of team and shared vision.

Cons

During peak seasons, the workload can be higher and more intense, but this is also what makes the experience so rewarding and even more dynamic.
