Compensation was competitive, raises were generally consistent, and benefits included a 401(k) match and HSA contributions. Depending on the team and leadership structure, there could be opportunities for autonomy and ownership over projects.

Frequent leadership changes created uncertainty and inconsistent experiences across teams. Healthcare benefits were expensive and less competitive than those offered by many employers. Repeated layoffs and ongoing financial instability negatively affected morale and confidence in the company's future. Changes to bonus and compensation structures were frustrating, and the handling of layoffs and organizational changes could have been more transparent and employee-focused.
