Pros
-Truck, gas card, tools, and training provided and paid for. -Holiday weekends -Benefits
Cons
-Coordination between field ops and field support is almost non-existent -dishonest to customers on regular basis, and now its your problem as the tech to smooth it over with customer -no set expectation (no work all morning then all of the sudden super busy once it gets hot out and now you gotta stay late) -supervisors don't actually supervise. Nothing is supervised properly, and then they wonder why there's so much customer dissatisfaction. -overall bad time, don't recommend. I'm only making as much as I am because I threatened to quit. But I do have a foot out the door still.
