Too much freedom and lack of organization

Relaxed environment but a get it done attitude is expected. Work is interesting and you learn a lot about interior design. Easy to get to every day for me every day which made going easy.

Left on your own for a lot so you need to learn on your own or put it together as you go. This can be more of a pro than a con if you are someone who doesn't need to be micromanaged. CEO is a rare sight.
