The owner was like a tyrant but claim to be this great guy. When I was hired I was sold this wonderful dream but after 1 bad month he started to change. Firing people for no reason, calling people out in the company meetings and making everyone feel like they are worthless. Even top performers were talk down to and micro managed. People were hired and fired before they could even perform. Every week there’s was another change that contradicted the week prior. This is not a company the owner opened up during a REFI boom and was lucky. He treated everyone like crap and is down to 1 employee who will be also leaving. Steer far clear of this company. As a bonus you may not get paid if your fired. Everyone who left is now in a better performing company.
