Very few people in the company (3 to 5 devs) so even my own opinion was valued and valuable and I was allowed to grow and experiment
Cons
Very few people developing, so when something had to be done by the end of the day... you just stayed and did it. Also, sometimes managers didn't realise our work was to be valued more
