Since I started, I've consistently earned my bonus each month, and as long as you stay on top of your work, you'll have no issues. If you have experience in this industry, you know the importance of meeting deadlines—getting estimates uploaded quickly is key, and management's goal is to deliver to clients on time. Work life balance is amazing when working remotely. Paid vacation and holidays. Amazing coworkers. Benefits are offered.

Job security was always an issue. Every video call put everyone on edge. The hiring would either be too much or not enough, then suddenly people would be let go one after another and it kept everyone on edge to the point is was almost a relief to finally get the call. No way for admin to make more money. The pay is capped. I like to have a goal of proving myself deserving of something.
