      Pros

      Easy to get a work as the fluctuation is extremly high. You don't have to tire yourself being enthusiastic - noone cares about your feelings.

      Cons

      The senior management (owners) are working as kings, no princilpes, no ethical rules affecting them. Anyone can get brownie points spying and telling about the others. Employees are not daring even to talk to each other, every "useless" minutes willbe deducted from your payment. Never get the salary you officially suppose to get.

      Many problems to solve on a daily basis, made the day fly Owners very much involved in the business

      Cons

      No growth or clarity in the role No HR support in transitioning into the role The office could use some maintenance (walls, decoration, lights)

      It's a stable job, company supply into major retails.

      Cons

      Very fast paced. Heavy work load. People are busy and agitated easily. Shift involves weekend working.
