Pros
I applied for this internship because my friend had a positive experience the summer before while working there. In my first few days, I realized that they have a collaborative team where management and the employees work in unison. I was able to work with multiple advisors, helping them schedule appointments and shadowing them as well. We even were able to meet with the managing partner of the firm a couple times a week to discuss our progress and learn more about the industry. Overall, my experience was quite positive and it was refreshing to work in a client-centric atmosphere where management values all its employees (even interns).
