      Pros

      A family-like small company. Even the CEO is totally accessible and friendly in case you have something to say. Everyone is close and friendly and they take care of your wellness. And despite being a small company, don't judge a book by his cover, they are very professional and they are always looking for the latest technologies and trends to see if they can improve his workflow. They have some really good engineers working there.

      Cons

      Their headquarters are not precisely in a very centric place, but they moved to remote since the pandemic so I can't think in any con right now.

      Pros

      - I was there for 6 years and the culture was progressive and relaxed until two new board members joined in 2022 and a lot of our processes and direction changed. Not for the better in my view. - Lynn Smith, the Chief Operating and Officer, is a very good people person.

      Cons

      - It was a great company to work for until the company decided to hire two new board directors from the corporate world in 2022. - One of the new directors, responsible for sales and marketing, seemed to alienate most of his team within 12 months. Several people either left or were fired within 12 months of him being there. I think he's also been made redundant now, possibly due to the fact our products weren't selling very well.

      - Remote working - Lovely people - Meaningful purpose - Amazing company benefits - Great team compositions

      Cons

      - Many roadblocks to going live depending on your product - Figma designs don't come tenanted for some reason
