The Engineering team is fantastic. Some top notch people with a variety of different skillsets and an easy-going, fun environment created by a bunch of great personalities.

No job security. I was laid off along with about 60% of the entire staff. The money coming into the company is too erratic to sustain a large core base of employees. There are a lot of inefficiencies with the way the comapny is run and there is an unwillingness to change in many of the "old guard", these individuals actively block progress but appear to have job security due to their longevity at the company.
