Pros
WeaveGrid is a great startup to work for. The team is excellent, collaborative, and cares about solving the challenges of integrating electric vehicles with the grid, and addressing the climate crisis.
Cons
The hiring process is a little long and the company is still figuring out some benefits (e.g only 12 weeks family leave, no fertility benefits, no student loan repayment assistance, missing some of the more competitive tech company perks) and clear raise structures/COLA, but nothing unusual given the stage of the company. Overall great to work for.
