      Good pay, Good people. 401k match. Good balance,

      Poor communication about perks or special events. unless your in production. No Pre shift meetings to know about the day. Or any thing upcoming.

      The pay is the most I've ever received

      Cons

      The senior leadership bicker with each other and don't seem to have a clear consensus on the direction of this company. They make short sighted decisions or say yes to sales that don't yield much revenue, and then wonder why we can't reach our annual revenue goals.
