So my advice for fresh grad, you need to have mentality to survive by your own, don't wait people to feed you. For experienced developer, if you are looking for full stack experience, including visiting data center, this is the place for you. Current management is trying so hard to give more better life to the developers, but they also busy with their task, don't take disappointment too your heart. It just how IT life is.

Open door culture is very good. The structure is pretty flat. You can talk to anyone in the company about any work related issues. They appreciate hardworking people. They get rid of bad altitude people. To some people it may not be good, but personally, to me it is good. Why should I work hard to pay the salary of those bad altitude people. *no offence to them".
