Pros
Very friendly, warm atmosphere. The company's been going for around 10 years but it still feels like a group of friends working together. Their number one priority is customer satisfaction so the staff get lots of training and advice about how best to help customers and make the service the best they can. Other training is available (marketing courses, SEO and online presence courses, training in Sage, etc.). Also offer Bupa coverage which is amazing!
Cons
Only a small-sized company so if you're looking for a big corporate structure, that isn't part of it.
