Nothing.. During my 4-month tenure, I witnessed at least 10-12 freshers being hired and subsequently terminated without receiving their due compensation.

Warning: Avoid joining this company due to unprofessional conduct. With only 4-5 employees, the company has a history of hiring and terminating staff within 2-3 months without valid reasons, often withholding their salaries. During my 4-month tenure, I witnessed at least 10-12 freshers being hired and subsequently terminated without receiving their due compensation. Moreover, employees of this company drink in the office while working in front of all other employees. This is very disgusting and unprofessional behaviour. Be cautious and aware of this company's practices.
