I'm not surprised by any of the negative reviews here. Very easy to get demoralised and feel stuck. A lot of people who have been there for years coast by. People who are known for doing absolutely nothing are suddenly given major promotions. They hand out VP titles like packs of smarties.
I would say it's a brilliant place to work if you joined pre 2016. After that it's hard for newer people to progress. All about who the top people are friendly with - a real "favourites" culture.
Women in mid to senior positions should run a mile. A lot of men getting the credit/promotions/pay rises for work done by women which can be hard to watch at times.
I would say in this market that there are better places to work, especially for people looking to progress in their career.
