      Pros

      Very nice people. Patient supervisor. And because of the size of the firm, you would work with different apartments to get a better sense of the digital marketing industry in China.

      Cons

      No salary or stipend for interns. Mostly done is market research, I would appreciate more exposure to social media, or some real marketing stuff like SEO.

      Pros

      The IT intern program allows one to go through a huge learning curve and develop valuable technical skills (python, MySQL, etc)

      Cons

      The program isn't very structured and is very hands off, so being adaptable is a huge component in the job
