Great experience but poor work-life balance - Account Manager WebDesk Solution Employee Review

Difficult to identify any significant positives based on my overall experience.

Employees are not valued despite years of service and dedication. Poor work-life balance with frequent pressure regarding working hours. Leave policies are not employee-friendly, and getting approvals can be unnecessarily difficult. Management and HR often appear to lack trust in employees. Employee concerns and suggestions are rarely taken seriously. Lack of transparency in decision-making processes. Job security is very low, and employees may be asked to leave without proper notice or consideration. The overall work environment can feel stressful and unsupportive.

Flexible schedule and time off, relatively laid back, regular travel to indsutry events, ownership over projects and scoping
