The Pros I can list out are:
- You get to work on latest technologies.
- You are not a number in the team and are allowed to contribute at each level.
- You get a chance to know WHY something is being developed so that you can contribute more effectively.
- The Company fulfills the promises it makes.
- Ideal for people ready to work hard and prepare a solid foundation for their career.
- Decisions regarding employees are not taken as per the balance sheet of the Company and team members are not fired if a Client or Project is lost.
Cons
Some of the cons I have observed are:
- Strict discipline needs to be followed.
- Not for people who are fond of fancy offices.
