Pros
Nothing to appreciate but good for those people who wants to work 11-12 hours daily as a servant. they hire freshers only those who are called (dabe kluchle samaj ke log). if webkul will hire talent they'll start to learn coding. To be expert in jquery is a joke ;)
Cons
They gave fake promises..but nothing worked as per they said. To work for 11-12 hours is not zeal it's harassment. In webkul they created such environment to realise that you're learning a lot but in actual you are not learning , you're wasting ur time. even three directors are dumb they can't even explain for loop but they said they are born developers. i'll give you a challenge to hire 5 years exp guy and retain him for 6 months only.
