Pros
Good brand name recognition, though no one can point to any one particular reason why. Also, not bad benefits program.
Cons
Very disorganized, and seems to be a lot of politics around. Need to watch your back at all times. Also, management does not look for new ideas from within - either it comes from the top, or they buy it from outside the company through M&A and kick out the smaller company's mgmt.
