Pros

They seem to never fire anyone, so even if you truly suck at your job, you'll be safe for at least 6mo to a year.

Cons

The management is awful. They will pay you as little as they can get away with (that's why I left, I couldn't afford to continue to live on the penny's they offer) it doesn't matter how good at your job you are or how hard you work, they like to play favorites, and you only get recognized and rewarded if you're friends with the partners or at least higher management (even if you don't deserve it, that was the worst part, the people getting paid the most and getting the largest bonuses were also the worst employees, at least in my old department) The atmospher is depressing and stressful. They like to punish people just for talking to their coworkers. I understand not wanting to waste company time and money on idle chit chat, but it was like working in a police state most of the time. Basically zero chance of job advancement. No one ever moves up in the chain, and if you do manage to move up a spot, they don't give you any kind of pay raise or extra benefits.

Pros

I have enjoyed my time at Webtitle Agency over the last few years. I got here before the pandemic - and due to the pandemic, there have been various improvements and changes in management that should have happened years ago. While some folks may have struggled more simply because they were unable to behave as adults, the managers who did not handle that well, are no longer here. Gone are the days where we were forbade to speak to each other. Gone are the days where we were watched more than one probably should be. The new management group is younger, has fresher ideas, is more in tune with technology, allows for more flexible schedules, and works well with senior management to have a pleasant atmosphere that is more give and take, than take no give. It was a blessing that some of those folks retired and moved on. Enter pandemic, and not only did management change, but the "deadwood" staff seems to have drifted away. Most of the irritable folks are also gone.. which makes a huge difference. Many folks are also working from home, and that seems to help limit the

Cons

Sometimes OT can be burdensome. Attys can be hard to deal with. Type of work can be stressful because something is always a rush. But not really any major cons to speak of.
