Pros
Varied work In general good people around However cons overweigh the pros
Cons
Highly depend on which team you go into. It is a lottery if you get a good team leader. Management is reluctant to change, even when things aren't going well 10 people leaving in less than 3 months speaks for itself. Toxic working environment - You can never work enough hours and fee is tight, so very easily overspend on projects. Training is non-existent especially to junior staff. Training review is always the least important thing on the diary and anything else will trump the review and so eventually postponed. Very top heavy - The ratio of senior to junior is over 1:1 and even so after the recent round of redundancy. Career progression is not great. Many people who are chartered cannot become team leader as there is simply not enough people to form new teams. Lower than average salary.
